It has a bright cherry colour with hues of blue and a rich aroma of red fruit (strawberry, cherry and blueberry) with notes of butterscotch.

Harvested from our Zygos vineyard, 350 meters (1,150 feet) above sea level, Kapnias White is our lowest-yielding white variety.

Santorini Assyrtiko Dry White Wine Santo Wines is a classic benchmark of the variety and its homeland. It features a vibrant aromatic cocktail of sea-breeze freshness and citrus fruits, peach with honeyed undertones. It is bone-dry, brightly acidic with a textural mineral smokiness and a food-begging finish.
